From the beginning we have designed our strategies to provide long term solutions to the teacher's shortage/availability crisis. One of our key mission is to promote the teaching profession, and to attract people into it, or back to it as a career. We specialise in providing quality Teachers as well as administrative staff, ie. principal, administrator etc, to Schools, Coaching centres, Computer institutes, Colleges, English learning centres, Universities as well as tutors for private tuitions. Nevertheless  SPECTRUM TUTOR ACADEMY  has continued and now offers a wide range of services.
With our experience in this specialist market we have spent considerable time and resources in further improving our staffing solution service, and have added some new web based services, like Admission Guide, Smart Hiring, Post Vacancy Notice Board Institutions, Maps  Advertiser (where one can sale/ buy/ rent institution's premises/building, furniture and other infrastructure). All these services including our staffing solution service are absolutely high quality, and are contributing allot to prosper different types of institutions.

Our aim is to provide an efficient and professional service to both institutions and teachers. We do not advocate any charges whatsoever at any stage from our client institutions, however a certain percentage from salary/tuition fee is being charged from our teachers /tutors.
